Our prayer rugs are 10mm thick. For reference, a standard rug is usually between 2 to 4mm thick.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
How can I return my order?

Personalized prayer mats with embroidered names can not be returned.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
