At qissah, we are committed to providing high-quality prayer mats and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale Policy
All purchases of personalized or custom prayer mats are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns
We accept returns only for defective items reported within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


To start a return for a defective item, please contact us at qissahco@gmail.com with your order number and a description with photos of the issue.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange an exchange.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved:

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days

Shipping fees will be refunded for defective or incorrect items


Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Late or Missing Refunds
