Alhamdulillahilladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur

الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتنا وإليه النشور

“All praise is due to Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.”

Bismillah, tawakkaltu ‘ala Allah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

بسم الله توكلت على الله ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله

“In the name of Allah, I put my trust in Allah, and there is no power nor strength except through Allah.”

Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya

اللهم باسمك أموت وأحيا

“O Allah, in Your name I die and live.”

Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wahab lana milladunka rahmah innaka antal Wahhab

ربنا لا تزغ قلوبنا بعد إذ هديتنا وهب لنا من لدنك رحمة إنك أنت الوهاب

“Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.”
