Are your prayer mats thin or thick?
Our prayer rugs are 10mm thick. For reference, a standard rug is usually between 2 to 4mm thick.
What is the estimated delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours. During busy periods (e.g., Ramadan, Eid season, it may take longer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
How can I return my order?
To return your order, please contact us within 14 days at qissahco@gmail.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with the return address.
Personalized prayer mats with embroidered names can not be returned.
